Sprinter Health, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, and/or its contracted medical practice entities (collectively “Sprinter Health,” “we”, “us”, “our”) operate this website and other related websites and mobile applications with links to these Terms of Use (collectively, the “Website”). We offer access to online services that allow patients and their treating healthcare providers to coordinate and obtain certain medical and healthcare services from licensed or certified professionals and other qualified technicians (“Providers”), such as blood draws and laboratory tests (the “Services”).
Sprinter Health is providing the Website for your personal non-commercial use conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms of use (these “Terms of Use”).
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Services, or You must be the parent or legal guardian for someone under age 18 who is enrolled in the Services. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability, on behalf of yourself or a minor child for whom you are a parent or legal guardian, to agree to these Terms of Use. By accessing, browsing and/or using the Website, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Website.

Sprinter Health does not practice medicine or any other licensed profession, and does not interfere with the practice of medicine or any other licensed profession by the Providers, each of whom is responsible for his or her services and compliance with the requirements applicable to his or her profession and license. Neither Sprinter Health nor any third parties who promote the Services or provide you with a link to the Services shall be liable for any professional advice you obtain from a Provider.
ELECTRONIC CORRESPONDENCE
Through your use of the Website, you consent to receive emails, texts, or other communications from us pertaining your care and your health or, as applicable, your patient’s care and health, and use of the Services. By utilizing our Website or replying to our emails or texts in the course of obtaining the Services, you acknowledge that you are aware that email/text is not a secure method of communication, and that you agree to the risks. USER INFORMATION
In the course of your use of the Website, you may be asked to provide certain personalized information to us. Our information collection and use policies with respect to the privacy of such information are set forth in the Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you own all of the material submitted to our Website and that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license to use such material.
In order to obtain Services, you will be required to create a user account (your “User Account”). Our Services are designed and intended for those who are at least 18 years of age and vary based on your state of residency. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that (i) you have permission to consent to Services delivered by Sprinter to such Minor and (ii) when you order Services for such Minor via the web site or mobile application, or you accept Services for such Minor arranged via the web site or mobile application, such order and acceptance represents consent to the delivery of such Services to the Minor. Our Services are subject to state regulations and may change from time to time due to changes in applicable regulatory requirements.
It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for your User Account (“User Account Information”). You agree to update such User Account Information, as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur on your User Account or any other breach of security. You agree to (a) notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your User Account and (b) log-off each time following your use of your User Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. Use caution when accessing your User Account from a shared or public computer.

BILLING
Sprinter Health uses the Stripe API to process payments through the Website. Payment processing services for our Website are provided by Stripe and are subject to its own user agreements and terms and conditions (as provided on the Stripe website). By agreeing to these terms or contin uing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the above referenced agreements, as amended by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Sprinter Health enabling payment process services through Stripe, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about you and your payment information, and you authorize us to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
You understand and agree not to hold Sprinter Health liable for any adverse effect that applicable actions (whether intentional or unintentional) may cause to any other accounts you hold. You agree to not process stolen cards or unauthorized cards through your Stripe and/or your User Account.
