Appointment Cancellation Policy
PARTNER CANCELLATION POLICY
Sprinter Health will always strive to ensure that patients are given the information they need to adequately prepare for the performance of services. We recognize that circumstances change, and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Effective 1 Feb 2022, our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:
Appointments that are canceled >24 hrs in advance: No Fee
Appointments that are canceled <24 hrs in advance: $49 fee
Appointments that are rescheduled >12 hrs in advance: No Fee
Appointments that are rescheduled <12 hrs in advance: $49 fee
Appointments where the patient is not available/not at home/no show/denies services/or Sprinter Health is not provided the necessary information through the Scheduling Application to complete the services: $49 fee
If Sprinter Health is unable to perform a specimen collection service (other than for the reasons stated above), we will use commercially reasonable efforts to return at a later date at no cost. However, we ask for your cooperation in ensuring that the patient is provided the necessary information (regarding hydration, hot compresses, etc.) to optimize the chance of a successful specimen collection service. Please remind patients that masks are required for the specimen collection service to proceed.
If the patient has physiological challenges that prevent collection, we will not charge for this appointment; however, we will not be able to service the patient going forward and will notify clients accordingly (if permissible under privacy laws). Sprinter Health reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.
